Who is responsible for your information

SIA BMI Group is the controller of the personal information collected through miniharbor.io for rental enquiries, Wait Lists and the provision of the service.

What we collect and why

When you send a request, we collect your email address, selected region, Mac configuration, displayed price and currency, request type, and the time and version of your acknowledgement. Our hosting and customer management systems also process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver the website and protect it from abuse.

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, contact you about availability, arrange a rental and, where applicable, handle billing and support. We process enquiries to take steps at your request before a contract, service information to fulfil that contract, and necessary security records to protect our services. Records required by law are kept to meet those obligations.

Where information goes

The website is hosted on Amazon Web Services. Requests are sent to our central customer management system hosted in Russia, rather than stored in your browser. Our service and infrastructure providers may process information for hosting, customer support, email delivery and payment processing. This means request information is processed outside the European Economic Area. Contact us for information about processing locations and the transfer arrangements applicable to your information.

We do not sell your personal information or use your request to sign you up for unrelated advertising.

Payments

When online payment is available, card information is entered on the payment provider’s secure page. MiniHarbor’s website does not collect or store card numbers or security codes. We receive the order and payment information needed for billing and providing the service. Sending a rental enquiry or joining a Wait List does not itself create a payment.

Cookies and local storage

The public website does not use advertising cookies or store your enquiry in browser storage. A payment provider may use its own necessary cookies on its payment pages, as explained in that provider’s policy.

Retention and your choices

We retain request information for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, provide agreed services and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. You can withdraw from a Wait List or request access, correction or deletion by emailing info@bmi.io. You may also request restriction or portability where applicable, object to relevant processing and complain to a data protection supervisory authority. Any legally required records may need to be retained after an enquiry is closed.
