The service

MiniHarbor offers remote rental of dedicated Apple Mac mini computers. Hardware is accessed over the internet; it is not sold or shipped to you. Configuration, hosting location, connection method, start date, support arrangements and rental term are confirmed when we arrange your order.

Requests and availability

A rental request records your interest in the selected configuration. It is not an automatic hardware reservation or confirmation of service. Configurations marked “Out of Order” are currently unavailable. Joining a Wait List is free, creates no payment obligation and does not guarantee an allocation date.

Prices and payment

Monthly prices are shown in EUR, USD or KZT. These are separate listed tariffs, not live currency conversions. The final currency, amount, any applicable taxes and the rental period are confirmed before you pay. Online checkout is not currently open on this website; for a rental request we will contact you with the next steps.

When payment is available, you enter payment details only on the secure payment provider’s page. A return to our website alone is not proof of successful payment: confirmation must come from the payment system. Sending a request does not enable automatic recurring charges.

Your use of the Mac

Keep your access credentials secure and use the service lawfully. Do not use the machine to distribute malware, send spam or interfere with other systems. You are responsible for your software licenses, developer memberships and backups unless otherwise agreed in writing. Software compatibility depends on the selected hardware and operating system.

Activation, cancellation and refunds

Access begins after the order, availability and any required payment are confirmed. Cancellation, renewal and refund arrangements are provided with your rental offer before you commit. Contact info@bmi.io about a cancellation, service issue or refund. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

Provider and support

Your service provider is SIA BMI Group, rather than Apple. MiniHarbor is an independent service and is not endorsed by Apple. For service questions, contact info@bmi.io.

Governing law and updates

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Changes will be published on this page; the terms agreed for an existing order are not silently replaced by a website update.
